Available Position: Client Relations Officer

Main& Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls;
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
  4. Fully understand and comprehend Boubyan Capital products and able to provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding the products/services;
  5. Maintain client confidentiality at all times;
  6. Assist Boubyan Capital teams in addressing all clients’ needs;
  7. Assist in promoting the company’s products/ services; and have
  8. The ability to handle multiple tasks.

Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Level in Arabic Language
  • Intermediate Level of English Language (written and spoken)
